The staff is very friendly and very nice, but... Cleaning is not involved in the price I guess. The position is awesome. It's a very busy hostel, and worth the money. If you can live with not clean and not really working toilets and showers. :-D

Muy buena atención al cliente y perfecta localización, en el centro de la ciudad y cerca del centro para ir de compras y para salir por la zona de marcha. Bastante barato y recomendable.

I had a great time here. Not the cleanest or best organized system, but it was convenient overall. There were some neat people staying there and a couple of the facilities were pretty cool.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest one but it was ok for a few days. For me it was much too cold in my room but maybe this was just my personal oppinion. There are also too many steps that makes it diffcult to bring you luggage into you room.
The position is great 'cause it's near to the city center and bus station and anything else.
